I have joined PTSA to serve as the Membership chair. I have three children who attend Comal ISD schools. I am originally from Southern California where I worked at the High school level in several capacities, most recently with Student Services. I truly enjoyed working with parents and students. I look forward to meeting MECHS families and community members this year. My goal is to earn as many awards possible for MECHS- including the Golden Apple Award and Community Membership Award.

I’m a wife and mother of four boys and my yorkie, Guacamole. My family and I moved to Texas from the Washington D.C. area back in 2017. We have been in the Comal ISD community for 5 years and look forward to serving on the PTSA for MECHS!
Laura Ayala — Secretary
My husband, Rocke and I are the proud parents of a MECHS junior who will be the 3rd generation from my family to graduate from a Comal ISD school. I served as the PTA Secretary at Church Hill Middle School and am very excited to serve on the MECHS PTSA board. Outside of the PTSA, I have worked for Comal ISD for 23 years and enjoy supporting and cheering on our son in MECHS eSports, Robotics and Cyberpatriot competitions. Go Eagles!
